3. refuse or discontinue service to anyone at Africa Adventure Cape to Cape Foundation sole discretion. The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court Knysna and the High Court of South Africa in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and said provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
