Nestled at the foot of Signal Hill, in the Bo-Kaap you'll find Marco's African Place. The style is decidedly African and definitely sophisticated.

There is something for everyone on our vast menu, including some tasty favourites such as M'pumalanga Salad, Jabula Platter of stuffed peppers, Mozambique prawns with cous cous, succulent slow roasted Karoo Lamb, Zwelethu's Chicken, and Venison Madagascar. |

And of course we serve the traditional local cuisine:
- The Pan African Platter with an assortment of tenderly grilled fillets of Springbok, Ostrich, Kudu and Crocodile. Umnqusho (a Xhosa family staple) – samp and beans. Upens – tripe prepared in the local tradition and served with pap.
- Ulwimi – steamed ox tongue in a mustard sauce

We also stock a grand selection of local wines and home brewed beers in the African tradition. Live music from all parts of Africa is available for your entertainment during your visit or stay in Cape Town. Marco's African Place is also known for hosting popular Jazz musicians.
